Refund Policy


This document outlines what refunds we offer for Pro top-ups & servers. When contacting us about a refund, provide the following;

  • Email associated with your FSHOST account.
  • Date of top-up.
  • Reason for refund.


Payment processing fees

When you make a purchase through our payment processors, they take an amount from the transaction to cover their operating costs. This is normally taken away as soon as the payment is made by you and can't be refunded unless they agree or we're protected.


Your account balance

Our system uses a top-up system in which money can be added to your account balance. This can be used on any Pro server you have running. A "running" server means one that is "Started", not "Stopped". We do not charge for "Stopped" servers.


What we can offer

There are a couple of different ways we can perform refunds.

Examples of refunds as account credit;

  • Remove single "hour" charges if a server wasn't online for the whole hour.
  • Remove charges for servers where you weren't able to get it online.
  • Full refund for a server.

Anything else means we need to do the refund from our payment processor. Please see "Fees" to read about payment fees from our payment processor.
