Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for FSHOST Pro top-ups and game server services. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy. When contacting us about a refund, provide the following;

  • Email associated with your FSHOST account.
  • Date of top-up.
  • Reason for refund.

Fees

Payment processing fees

When you make a purchase through our website, payment processors take an amount from the transaction to cover their operating costs. This is normally taken away as soon as the payment is made by you and can't be refunded unless they agree or we're protected.

Top-ups

Your account balance

Our system uses a top-up system in which money can be added to your account balance. This can be used on any Pro server you want to create or renew. Once you start a server, you're charged the monthly price. If you don't have enough account balance to pay by renewal, it'll be stopped and will stay inactive on your account for one (1) month, free of charge.

Refunds

What we can offer

We do not typically offer partial refunds for unused time after a server has been started. Performance-related concerns should be reported immediately so we can investigate and offer potential compensation (such as extensions) where appropriate.

Depending on the situation, we can offer the following;

  • Amount returned to your website balance.
  • We can reset the server expiry date.
  • We can extend your server expiry date.

Any other refund methods mean we need to do the refund from our payment processor. Please see "Fees" to read about payment fees from our payment processor.

Important: If a refund is issued via our payment processor, all associated server data (files, configs, saves) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
